Yannick Godts is an artist currently based in Washington, D.C. He creates many things, including lighting & scenic design for theater, visual art, and graphic design.
He has been working with Pilobolus Dance Theater since 2013 and currently tours with the company as their lighting supervisor. His props design work with Pilobolus has been seen across North and South America, Europe, and the Middle East. In Washington, D.C. his work has appeared on stage with The Studio Theatre, Theatre Prometheus, The Coil Project, Classical Movements, and the D.C. Fringe Festival. He received his B.A. from Vassar College in 2013.
In his spare time he enjoys reading, baking, tending to his houseplants, and unnecessarily fancy grilled cheese sandwiches.
